- Do You Have Child Care?

For the safety of your child and our team, we ask that any children under the age of 10 be supervised by another adult who is not receiving a service.
- What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

We ask for 24-hours notice to cancel or to make any changes to your appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no showed is subject to be charged. Someone from our leadership team will reach out to you before doing so.
- Do You Need A Credit Card On File?

Here are the services that require a card on file at the time of booking: all color, chemical, microblading, lash extension and bridal services. In the event of a less than 24-hour cancellation or a no showed appointment, we will require a card to be held on file to book future appointments.
- What Do The Stylist Levels Mean?

At JADE, we have 5 levels of stylists and 2 levels of estheticians. These levels are based upon the artist’s experience, education and length of time they’ve been at JADE. Pricing of each level varies.
- Do You Require A Deposit?

A deposit may be required to hold your color or chemical service. A deposit will be required for all microblading and bridal services. We only accept deposits in person, through our secure payment system and would never ask for payment through Cash App, Venmo or any other personal payment apps.
- What Happens If I'm Late?

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, Jade cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service. Please allow yourself plenty of time to make it to your appointment and to find parking.

Pricing of services and products are subject to change at any time. If you have a question or concern about pricing, please be sure to confirm with one of our Guest Care members at time of booking or purchase.

- What if I don't love my hair?

At Jade, we understand that small adjustments may be needed to reach your beauty goals. We are always here to go above and beyond so you love your results. We want to hear from you, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you ever aren’t totally happy with your results, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly! Please reach out to us within 14 days of your original service so we can do everything we can to have you looking and feeling like your very best self.
- Can I return products?

You can bring your product(s) back for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. (It cannot be used more than halfway) After 30 days, you are eligible for a store credit or an exchange.
Non-returnable products include: liter sizes, travel sizes, limited edition items and aromas.
