Summer time is in full swing! That means warmer weather, longer days, school is out and vacays are just around the corner. With all that's going on, we want to be sure that you have the most up to date information regarding your future appointments at JADE!
1. We do require a 24-hour notice to cancel or to make any changes to your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or is no-showed is subject to be charged.
2. For the safety of your child, we ask that children under the age of 10 must be supervised by another adult who is not receiving a service.
3. A deposit may be required to book a color or chemical service. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, JADE cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your service. Please allow yourself plenty of time to make it to your appointment!
