Why hair? How we feel about our appearance plays a major roll in our self confidence. I have always felt drawn to the world of cosmetology because in this industry we are truly able to help people see their full potential.

What/who inspires you? My grandmother is my greatest inspiration. She was a kind but courageous soul.

If you could describe yourself using a color, what would it be and why? Green. I’m happiest in nature among the trees.

Who is your hero? My sister Olivia.

What motivates you to work hard? Teamwork.

What is your favorite thing about your career? Meeting new people everyday and making genuine connections.

What is your proudest accomplishment? Completing cosmetology school!

What makes you laugh the most?My toddler.

What did you want to be when you were little? A hairstylist!

If money was no object, what would you do all day? Read, without a doubt.

How many pairs of shoes do you own? 30.

What is the most daring thing you have ever done? Left my corporate job to peruse cosmetology studies.

What's your favorite family recipe? My grandmother’s sour cream pound cake.

What three items would you take with you on a deserted island? A hat, a book, and a water filtration device.

Do you collect anything? Rocks, books, pins.

Is there anything you wished would come back into fashion? I need shoulder pads to be back in!

What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee? Emma Watson.

What was your first job? Cleaning houses.

What is one thing you will never do again? Cut all my hair off.

Who knows you best? Myself.

If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would you be? Truthfully a dog.

If you could share a meal with any 4 individuals, living or deceased, who would they be? Jane Austen, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Michael Angelo and Robin Williams.

What would you do if you won the lottery? Buy all my friends cards just for fun.

Aside from necessities, what's one thing you could not go a day without? My journal.

What are your hobbies? Baking, photography, junk journaling, hiking, mountain cycling, rock climbing and snow boarding.

What is your favorite family vacation? When we took our son to universal studios.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Pasta.
