Our salon team is in great demand, so we recommend you schedule your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time. We ask that you be respectful of the stylists’ time by honoring your commitment to be here. We require 24-hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for missed appointments with no notice. We may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. If it is more convenient, you are welcome to stop by and pay for your appointment in advance.
To ensure the safety of your child and our team, we ask that any children in the salon under the age of 10 to be supervised by an adult not receiving a service.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices with a Guest Care Team Member when booking your appointment.

I did put off a haircut due to COVID health concerns, but I am confident in the safety protocols at Jade Aveda. It felt so nice to get a haircut again after nine months. I always enjoy spending time with Madison, and I feel relaxed and pretty when I walk out of Jade!
