Our mission at Jade is to create an energetic atmosphere of style and sophistication for our guests and team.  Using pure plant-based products we promise to take care of our guests—and our planet—and keep both looking beautiful.

In 2006 Jade opened as an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, with services primarily in the field of hair design, treatment, cutting and styling—with the capability to also perform a variety of skin care and make-up services.

As professionals aligned with the Aveda mission, our greatest responsibility is educating our guests on how to best take care of themselves and our planet. We do this by staying current and innovative through education, listening to your needs with open minds, maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere and working as a cohesive team to care for all guests in the salon.

Making a Difference

Jade gives back to the community and to the world.  Jade is no stranger to philanthropy. In addition to Aveda-centered outreach efforts throughout the year, we have two annual fundraising initiatives that support local non-profit agencies. 

Catawba River Keeper Foundation

As part of our environmental focus, Jade partners with local retailers to raise money in support of the Catawba River Keeper Foundation with an Eco Chic Charity Fashion Show. Catawba River Keeper is a non-profit organization that advocates for the health, protection and enjoyment of key watershed areas in North and South Carolina. Since 1997, they have worked diligently to improve the quality of the drinking water and the river basins that provide for community enjoyment. 

Breast Cancer Outreach

In October, in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Jade offers various promotions that result in the donation of Aveda products to Greensboro area cancer centers, in addition to holding a raffle to raise cash donations.
